The products as shown have been given the maximum care and attention in order to be as accurate as possible
to the appearance of the products we deliver. We aim to ensure factors such as packaging, colours, size,
description and specifications are accurate to what is listed. However, we may occasionally need to alter certain
specifications of items without prior notice as well as alter the packaging, but we will not alter the contents of the
product.
Complaints procedure
We pride ourselves in our high-quality food products and we ensure all quality control checks made by our expert
staff. For these reasons we are sure that all our products are sent out as good as they can be.

If you believe our products are below standards, we would ask for photographic proof of the product that allows
us to verify that there has been an issue.

Substitution Policy
If for any reason we are unable to supply the product as requested, we reserve the right to substitute that product
for another item of equal or greater value, or issue a refund to you. We will do everything we can to notify you
ahead of time when we feel like we need to make a substitution.
